I got a tattoo of my grandmothers name one time on my neck and it took probably 20 minutes from start to finish but when I was done I tried to shake the guys hand but he didnt even look me in the eye he started looking at a tv and told me it would be 80 bucks. Zero connection!

That's really crappy of him. I hate when artist are disconnected. It's like really?! We are paying you all this money. WE will remember you forever for this permanent ink, the most you could do is act like you care. Be cordial. Something.... Geez... Sorry a memorable experience and meaningful tattoo was a bad experience. $80 is a lot for a 20 minute tatt.. Then to be rudely dismissed was a shot to the gut. Hope you didn't tip him.

That guy was just a jerk there are tons of awesome artist that will be cool as hell to you

I agree if they want to act like that you dont tip them and force them to change or they will be too broke to stay in the business
