Dirty station

If the person doing your work is messy and has dirty and filth all over their station then they probably dont pay close attention to details and will give you a lousy tattoo. They might even use products and tools that are not sanitary which can cause infection.

Thats nasty and should be illegal. If you are basically having surgery everything in that area should be clean and sanitized. I would call the BBB or the health department on that guy and force him to clean

They can be fined and have their license taken away if they have an unsanitary work station

A dirty work space equates to a infected needle and probably lazy habits when working so dont put yourself into a situation like that

If you get an infection from a dirty work environment are you allowed to sue for medical bills?

For one, why you even sitting down? I'm good! I make sure my dude disinfects the entire chair, stool, arm rest, and make sure things are new. If it looks dirty, food out, I'm cool.... I'm walking back out the door!!
