He probably just dont have good social skills from drawing all the time practicing his art to be better at tattoos.I feel like every time I leave my house I meet another person who is weird so finding them in a tattoo shop is ordinary to me

My grandpa used to take me to school on wednesdays and he would never have the radio on but would be whistling like it was and it was like 30 min drive so I couldnt stand it if I had to hear that doing a tattoo
