Nathan Followill is an American Drummer for the band Kings of Leon.

Nathan is a fan of traditional tattoos and has them variously throughout his body. On both biceps he has anchors done old school but no color at all. We don't know if he plans on finishing these up. On one forearm he has a Indian chief with a headdress and on his opposite forearm is a cowgirl. On his right shoulder he has a bear paw tattoo and a small design above that that looks like a small flower. On his left shoulder he has a big design which is hard to tell what it is. On his left nipple he has a name Betty with a last name that is also unrecognizable. On the right side of his chest he has a native american dream catcher.
