Rihanna has a new tattoo and it has major significance. Following her interview with Oprah Winfrey on "Oprah's Next Chapter," the "Fool In Love" singer detailed why her falcon tattoo is important.

"I have a falcon here, which is an Egyptian falcon. It is supposed to stand for God," Rihanna told Oprah.

Claiming it is comparable to saying "king in the sky," Rihanna says the tattoo is based on a carving.

"Back in the day they would carve into the walls. They would carve in a falcon because they didn't have another way of saying king in the sky," said Rihanna (see video to the left).

As previously reported, Rihanna connected with Oprah on her home island of Barbados earlier this Summer. During their time together she drove Oprah around showcasing her childhood home and more. They also discussed Rihanna's journey, including forgiving and down becoming friends with Chris Brown.
