Bringing in a picture to an artist does not guarantee that you are going to get exactly what is on that paper. Sometimes the detail in a picture cannot be transferred onto the skin that would stay the same as it was when it was done. Too much detail in a small spot will often turn to mush over time. Use the artists opinion when deciding because at the end of the day he is the pro.

It goes both ways. Sometimes the person doing the tattoo doesnt deliver what he says he can

the problem is that most guys wont say anything they just want your money and you will end up with a bad tattoo
