Rushing

I dont want to hear about how you are running behind so we need to speed up the process. When I am in the chair I want to get the best work that I can and if you are rushing and telling me to help you hurry things up it pisses me off. Its not a haircut its a tattoo!

When I used to work in a shop I would only schedule one tattoo per day if I knew it would take me over 3 hours. You never know how many breks they will need or what will happen in those 3 hours. Sometimes it could take 3 1/2 hours sometimes 6 so you gotta be prepared.

I never have even heard of an artist that speeds through his work. Sometimes tattoo artist only care about one thing and that is the quality of their work. They will be late and make you wait around but when you finally get in the chair they are 100% focused on what they are doing. The pros at least...

This is what my artist does. Figured 3 hours, but I needed a few breaks, so was more like 4.5. he did rush a little, but that was me. I was getting light headed, cold, and couldn't handle the pain anymore. He said let it heal and come back for touch up... I appreciate when they can just schedule you. I like being the only ones in the shop too...
