It cleared it up, but how's the ink? Did it fade at all?

It has to be faded after you pour it on and not even dab it with a cotton ball

I was told by a young artist that I've been asking my many questions too. He said if it gets infected, or looks like it may be getting gooey, to use astringent. Just use cotton ball and dab it on, not rub. Its strong enough to get bacteria out, but not harsh enough to pull ink. Lotion up immediately. If it starts to smell funny, or not clearing up, go see a doc. He also said if it gets to the point of looking like infection, it could be tha your not cleaning it with soap and water as prescribed, a dirty needle was used, or something touched it that wasn't sanitary such as dirty hands. Always use a little antibacterial soap when cleaning tat, and with your hands BEFORE applying lotion.

If you get infected its because you are lazy and not taking care of your tattoo

The reason parents dont want their kids getting tattoos is because they know whatever you get when you are a teenager is going to be a mistake in 5-10 years
