I doubt they would even show up! The operator would ask if he was selling the drugs or hurting anyone and when you said no they would say ok have a nice day CLICK!

Lol The tattoo shop I went to with my sister was passing put beers for everyone! It was awesome. Didn't think about the artist themselves. Her tattoo looks awesome tho! lol

There sketchy actions, or small pupils, but a lot of time you can't tell at all. So many people are high or drunk and no one knows... trust me. I guess if they can do the job thats all that matters, it's their addiction not ours.

Tattoo artist I used to work for as receptionist used to smoke weed before every session. Syas it slows him down and pay better attention to his work. Owner didn't like it, but I be darned if his tattoos were more awesome high than regular!
