Definitely can be fixed... it'll be better than before. Just research your artist. See him/her as they work and look at actual finished product. Good luck!!

Anything can be corrected but only someone with real skill can make it look orginal

I have seen a few bad animal tattoos in the WTF section and each time the faces looks F'd up and it can be fixed but its mind boggling how anyone walks around with that kind of a finished product

I agree... I would be scared to go back to who did the work, but best believe someone would be fixing it!

uneven line work is crap. Your artist is probably new, in a rush, or you just didn't take care of it properly. Go back to artist and have some line work redone.
