Wow... that is just plain silly! Stay away from water! Now you'll probably be charged more to have it fixed. Most artist don't like messing with someone else work! Next time, be smart!

How could you charge more if you are just touching up the troubled areas? I would say half of what you charged the initial tattoo is fair.

Tattoos can most of the time be fixed but your mental mistakes can only be fixed by YOU :D

I met a dude on a plane one time that said he had a comic book picture on his forearm and he got so much crap for it that he just put black ink over the entire thing because he said it was cheaper than the laser treatment and he couldnt wait another day.His entire forearm was just black it looked very odd
