I went swimming too soon after my first tattoo and its really dull now but my friend says that it cant be fixed now, is this true?

you can always have someone retouch it but stay away from the pool next time einstein

Its gonna cost you every time you get chlorine on your skin so you better keep it healthy if you get it redone
