Cartoon characters are cool if they actually look like the cartoon character. I like popeye. I think he was awesome and there is so many ways you could actually do it. I saw a shirt of popeye that was in japanese. AWESOME!

Ive seen some pretty nice Marvin the Martian tattoos but that was back in the day
