Out of place

Out of place

Postby DiaDude » Mon Jul 01, 2019 1:22 pm

I have a few friends that didnt like their tattoos from their younger days so they got them covered with something else. Some look fine because the tattoo being covered was so small but I know a few guys with old bad tribal tattoos and when they tried to cover them with something else it just looks off. You can tell that something isnt right and you just end of staring the entire time trying to find out what it used to be.

Thats horrible. Tribal tattoos are really hard to cover and the artist should have told them that when they tried to have them covered. That is really too bad.

If you are lucky the tattoo is small enough to cover with something medium sized that doesnt leave a trace of evidence. Like a name or something can be covered no problem.

If you have a big bad tattoo though you cant cover it up and not have people look at it weird because it wont look right

Ive seen some amazing cover ups that you cant even tell what they were to begin with. If it is something shaped differently, then the artist needs to draw something straight on and over the work to be covered. That is what a real artist can and will do.

Healthy tip- dont go back to the same artist that screwed you up in the first place

When I watch the tv shows covering up bad tattoos they always turn out really well so that makes me feel better that if I ever got a bad one I can do something about it
