Piece of cake to cover up small tattoos I have had a few done before and I was worried but you cant even tell now

How come some artist say they can tell when your tatto is a cover up?

A trained eye can see the scar or outline of a previous tattoo.

I have had two covered up and it was done so well I couldnt even describe to you what my old one looked like exactly because you really cannot see a trace of it now.

A true artist can fix it no matter the color but you have to give them the freedom to create something that will work
