Isnt reacting to pain sometimes involuntary? If you have never had a tattoo before you dont know what to expect and you get a little jumpy. I know where you are coming from because you want the best work done but in certain parts of your body you might accidently flinch and wiggle a little bit more than usual.

Its very simple, if you ruin your tattoo from jumping then guess whos fault that is

Or you can just strap them down like they are in a nut house. There is something erotic about someone willfully getting strapped down and trusting you that you wont tat someting crazy on them.
