Holly Marie Combs is an American actress and television producer. She is best known for her roles as Kimberly Brock in the CBS television series Picket Fences (1992–1996), Piper Halliwell in The WB television series Charmed (1998–2006), and Ella Montgomery in the ABC Family television series Pretty Little Liars.

Combs has starred in films such as Sweet Hearts Dance (1988), Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Dr. Giggles (1992), Sins of Silence (1996), Daughters (1997) and Love's Deadly Triangle: The Texas Cadet Murder (1997).

The beautiful and talented Holly has 3 tattoos that we know of. First on her left wrist which she got when she was 16 in NYC.It is an ancient Anglo-Saxon design. On her right shoulder blade she has a rose with a large stem which she also got while she was young. On her right wrist she has two tattoos. On the outside of her wrist is a tribal design with an iron cross. On her inner wrist she has a blue butterfly.
