Billy Ray Cyrus country music singer and father of pop star Miley Cyrus has quite a collection of tattoos. First on his right should he has an eagle with a dream catcher paying homage to his Native American heritage.

On his left arm is a small tribal with the phrase "Music Changes Everything" which is now hard to see because Billy has since added a full sleeve on his left arm. Most think was inspired by his fully tattooed son Trace.On his left forearm is Native American chief that his son Trace put on the side of his head.Very hard to make out all the individual pieces in his sleeve but it seems to have many Native American themes to it.

Also on his hand is a small heart that his daughter Miley drew on him one day and he decided to make it permanent.
