TMZ reported that “Dexter” star Michael Hall was spotted this week at a Hollywood tattoo parlor getting some ink on his foot and they caught the whole thing on tape.

“We spotted Hall at the True Tattoo shop in L.A. ... where an artist was working on a mysterious tat on the top of Michael's right foot. “

When Hall was walking out of the shop, TMZ asked him about his tattoo and he replied, "I'm just doctoring up my alien markings."

As you can see from the picture, he was telling the truth.
