Deputies Arrest Man for Giving Daughter a Tattoo 

Victor Shane Scoggins, from Richland County, is facing charges after he gave his daughter a tattoo. 

Scoggins is charged with tattoo of a minor/person under 21, unlawful neglect of a child, and not having a required certificate, according to Wltx.com. 

According to officers, Scoggins tattooed his daughter out of their home.  The tattoo was a Browning firearms logo with the words "Daddy's girl" on his daughter's wrist. 

Someone tipped off the deputies about Scoggins tattooing the girl without a license. Now officers say they're investigating to find out if other people got tattoos at the home as well and would like to ask people to come forward.
