Ohio-Shaped Neck Tattoo Leads To Zanesville Man's Arrest

A Florida man was arrested and it was his distinctive tattoo that lead the police his way.

According to the Zanesville Times Recorder, Robert Titman, 24, of Zanesville, was arrested on Wednesday after he was identified as the suspect in an assault outside a Key West bar on November 10.

The victims had recalled a unique tattoo that man had on his neck, which is the outline of the state of Ohio.

Titman was arrested 3 days after the bar incident on an unrelated case that lead to the police linking him to the bar assault.
